Ice tub ordered? Then it will be delivered as quickly as possible by our regular Value Added Delivery transport service. We will contact you for a delivery day. We report this transport to our carrier. The carrier will contact you for a final appointment. The driver decides how far he can get with the icetub. Basically it is a threshold delivery.

Threshold delivery within Europe

* Only when ordering an ice tub. Other products are shipped in different ways for certain fees, depending on the product. You can see this after selection in the shopping cart. For some countries, a transport rate per zip code applies. Our rates are therefore an indication.

** In Switzerland, a different VAT rate and additional costs for documents apply. We cannot set this in the webshop, and a separate invoice is also required for this. The complete price matches the webshop incoterms DDP, all transport costs, documents and taxes are paid by us. This way you will not get any surprises afterwards.

Returns

You may return your ice tub that you ordered via our webshop via our right of withdrawal form, within 14 days, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We charge the delivery costs and the return costs to you for returning. Just like any damage found afterwards. This will be deducted from your refund. We must register a return transport with our Value added delivery carrier. The costs for returning can amount to € 500 in the Netherlands. If you want to cancel the purchase of an icetub at the last minute, but it has already been collected from us or on its way, the same rates apply.
